01Who We Are
Sanctura Life is a CQC-registered private integrative oncology and wellness clinic operating in London, United Kingdom and Cape Town, South Africa. Dr. James Laporta (Medical Director) and our team of integrative specialists provide consultations, supportive care programmes, and referral coordination for patients navigating cancer and complex health conditions.
Sanctura Life London is a consultation and integrative supportive care centre. It is not a hospital, oncology treatment centre, or emergency facility. Conventional cancer treatments, in-house imaging, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, surgery, and emergency care are not provided at the London clinic. These services are coordinated through our specialist referral network.

03Integrative and Supportive Care — Scope and Limitations
Sanctura Life provides integrative and complementary oncology support. Our approach is designed to work alongside, not to replace, standard oncology care as provided by your primary oncology team, NHS services, or other registered healthcare providers.
The therapies and programmes offered by Sanctura Life — including but not limited to electro-hyperthermia (mEHT), hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), IV nutrient infusions, photobiomodulation, metabolic support, and immunotherapy coordination — are supportive and adjunctive in nature. They do not constitute the primary treatment of cancer or any other serious medical condition.
Sanctura Life's services are not a substitute for standard oncology care, emergency medical treatment, or services provided by the National Health Service (UK) or equivalent national health systems. In a medical emergency call 999 (UK) or 10177 (South Africa) or attend your nearest emergency department.
04Cancer Act 1939 — United Kingdom
Sanctura Life operates in full compliance with the Cancer Act 1939 (United Kingdom). Under Section 4 of the Cancer Act 1939, it is a criminal offence to take any part in the publication of any advertisement that offers to treat any person for cancer, or to prescribe any remedy therefor, or to give any advice in connection with the treatment thereof.
Accordingly, nothing on this website constitutes an offer to treat cancer. All references to clinical focus areas, integrative oncology support, and supportive care are intended in the context of complementary, adjunctive, and consultative services only.
