Payment, Coverage & Clinical Scope

• We are a private, cash-based practice; payments are billed and due on the day of treatment, unless you have elected a prepaid package
• We work with international medical aids; however, as cover is variable, payments are made upfront and claims can be submitted thereafter. Our team is happy to assist with supporting documentation where appropriate
• Your quote reflects the agreed integrative support protocol; pleas note conventional oncology care, hospital-based treatments, diagnostics, and emergency services are managed separately and billed outside of Sanctura Life- London
• To maintain flexibility and precision in your care, quotes do not include ongoing medical consultations (GMC doctor or naturopath, typically recommended bi-monthly in complex cases), adjunctive supportive therapies (e.g. neurofeedback, breathwork, acupuncture, HiloTherm/scalp cooling, hydrogen inhalation, photobiomodulation), or prescribed supplements and nutritional support.
• For certain high-cost medicines, specialised blood panels, or external molecular profiling, we will request payment in advance to ensure seamless coordination of your care
• Our accounts team is available to guide any payment or invoicing queries, while your lead clinician or nurse will support you with any clinical or protocol-related questions

Cancellation Policy

• We understand that treatment journeys can be dynamic; if you need to reschedule, please let us know as early as possible
• Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee; within 1 hour or non-attendance incurs 100% of the session fee
• Prepared, patient-specific consumables are chargeable where applicable
• We apply discretion with compassion—fees may be waived in genuine medical circumstances (e.g. acute illness, hospital admission, or urgent oncology treatment changes)

Packages & Prepayment Credits

• For patients undergoing more intensive protocols, prepaid packages are available and offer meaningful value

  HBOT 10 sessions: 10%

  Hyperthermia 12 sessions: 10%

  Hyperthermia 25 sessions: 12.5%

• Discounts are applied as treatment credit (e.g. 12,5%: £8,750 converts to £10,000 credit), which can be flexibly used across eligible therapies
• We will proactively keep you informed as your credit balance approaches utilisation

Standards & Governance

• Sanctura London is CQC registered
• All supportive and complementary therapies are aligned with an evidence-based, integrative oncology framework
• Care is delivered by experienced clinicians and nurses with a strong focus on safety, precision, and patient experience

Additional UK-Standard Clauses (Recommended)

• Late arrival: sessions may need to be shortened or rescheduled; full fee may apply
• Refunds: unused prepaid packages may be refundable within a defined cooling-off period; thereafter considered case-by-case, less services rendered/committed costs
• Price validity: quotes are typically valid for a defined period (e.g. 30 days) and may adjust with supplier or medication changes
• Consent: all treatments proceed with informed consent and may be adapted or deferred where clinically appropriate
• Data protection: patient information is handled in accordance with GDPR
• Clinical safety: treatments may be modified or declined in line with clinical judgement and safety standards
